TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRIZE DRAW
This prize draw is being run by Parlophone Records Limited ("we", "us", "our") of 27 Wrights Lane,
London W8 5SW. We are the "promoter" of the promotion. By submitting your details to be included in the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms
and conditions ("T&Cs"). In the event of any conflict between any terms referred to in any prize draw materials and these T&Cs,
these T&Cs take precedence.
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1 This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
1.2 Entrants must be at least 14 years old to enter the prize draw. We and/or the Venue (as defined below) have the right to check your personal
identification to determine your age prior to provision of the prize and/or prior to entry to the Venue. If you are under 18 you may be asked to provide
written confirmation of your parent or guardian’s permission to you entering the Promotion. If you are the winner of the Promotion we will definitely
require this confirmation, and you will only be entitled to attend the Venue if you are accompanied by an adult.
1.3 Our employees, directors, management, licensees, contractors, related companies, agencies associated with us, the immediate families or persons
domiciled with (whether related or not) of the above listed persons, and our retailers and suppliers are not permitted to enter the promotion. This prize
draw relates to Coldplay (“Artist”).
1.4 This promotion is open from 10am (Greenwich Mean Time (“GMT”)) on 10th November 2016 until 10am (GMT) on Friday 11 th November 2016. Our computer shall function as the official clock for the Promotion.
1.5 We accept no responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed, or for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems,
software and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction, including problems with internet connectivity.
Entries which are late, incomplete, corrupt, garbled, inaccessible/blocked, bulk, automated, ineligible, suspected as fraudulent, submitted via
programmed/automated means, do not comply with the T&Cs, or which in our sole discretion affect the validity or operation of this promotion will not be
accepted and are void. There is no charge to enter this prize draw.
1.6 We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to disqualify from this promotion any entrant who we believe has not complied with these T&Cs and
to award the prize to another entrant and to require the return of any prize already awarded.
2. HOW TO ENTER
2.2 Beginning from the start time of the promotion entrants may submit their name and email where stated on the Website. Correctly entering the requested
personal contact details will automatically enter you in the prize draw. Joint entries are not accepted, one entry per person. In the event of a dispute as
to the origin of an entry, the authorised account holder of the email address associated with the entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The potential
winners may be required to show proof of being the authorised email address account holder.
3. PRIZE
3.1 The prize to be won is 2 (two) tickets (winner + guest) to see the Artist perform at a secret location in central London (“Venue”) on Monday 14 th November 2016 commencing 6pm. There are 2 prizes to be won, each comprising 2 tickets. Further details of the performance are available on
the Website. The winners and their guests are responsible for their own attendance at the performance and we have no responsibility for travel,
accommodation or other costs or arrangements. The winners and their guests must comply with the Venue rules and regulations. We are not responsible for the
winners and/or their guests being refused access to or being evicted from the Venue for failure to comply with Venue rules/regulations.
3.2 The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be available for any prize. However, we reserve the right to substitute a prize (or prizes)
of equal or greater value at any time and in our discretion if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION, AND ALLOCATION OF PRIZE
4.1
The winning entrants will be selected by us immediately following midday on 11th November 2016. The winners will be the first 2 names drawn
at random from all valid entries received.
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for the random prize draw. The winners will be notified by email on 11 th November 2016 promptly after close of entries and the name of the winner will also be available by writing to us at the address above, marked
for the attention of Coldplay Spotify Prize Draw. The winners’ names (and their guests’) will be on the guest list at the door at the Venue (as advised
when the winner is notified) and must be collected by 5.45pm on the day of performance. The performance commences at 6pm.
4.2 If any of the following circumstances apply, a winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and an alternative winner will be selected from the
remaining eligible entrants using the process set out above:
(a) the relevant winner does not provide requested evidence of identity, age, residency, or being the authorised holder of the email account from which the
entry was submitted to our satisfaction;
(b) we determine non-compliance with any of these T&Cs.
4.3 If the prize is forfeited, we may in our discretion conduct a redraw in accordance with clause 4.1 from all valid entries submitted in the original
draw. The prize draw is a game of chance.
5. DATA PROTECTION
5.1 By submitting an entry, entrants agree that we, our affiliates, service providers and/or agents may process the personal information submitted by you
as part of the entry process (including contact details) for the purposes of operating the promotion, administering the prize and otherwise in accordance
with our Privacy Policy, available at www.wminewmedia.com/privacy.
6. GENERAL
6.1 We may in our absolute discretion modify, amend, cancel or suspend these T&Cs, the promotion and/or the prize at any time if we deem it necessary,
due to technical reasons or to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidance, or if circumstances arise beyond our control. No liability
shall attach to us as a result thereof. For the avoidance of doubt we shall have no liability if the performance is cancelled resulting in us being unable
to provide the prize.
6.2 Subject to applicable laws, we reserve the right to disqualify an entrant and/or winner in our absolute discretion. In addition, acts of tampering with
the promotion (including the URL) will result in disqualification; but, disqualification shall not represent our sole remedy.
6.3 Except to the extent that they may not be excluded by law, no representations, warranties, terms or conditions that are not expressly stated in these
T&Cs apply to this promotion. We shall have no liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation
in this promotion (including any damage to the entrant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in, or downloading of
any materials or software in connection with, this promotion or from attendance at the performance) or acceptance, use, misuse or non-use of any prize(s)
(including activity or travel related thereto) except for liability for death, personal injury, fraud and damage or loss caused by our negligence, which is
not excluded. In the case of fault or negligence by/from us, our liability is limited to direct damages only.
6.4 Our decisions on any issue arising out of or in relation to this promotion and these T&Cs are final and binding and no correspondence will be
entered into. Our failure to enforce a certain provision of these T&Cs in a given circumstance shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.
7. GOVERNING LAW
The promotion and these T&Cs are governed by the laws of, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of, the relevant courts of the United Kingdom.
